"Today" host Savannah Guthrie has issued a heartbreaking new plea over the disappearance of her mother, Nancy Guthrie, saying her family simply wants her "home" so they can give her a "proper goodbye."
Nancy vanished from her Arizona home in the early hours of Feb. 1; however, little to no information about her whereabouts in the months since has been revealed—despite footage from a security camera at her front door capturing video of an armed intruder approaching the property shortly before her disappearance.
Savannah, 54, has repeatedly turned to the public for help finding her mother, sharing emotional social media videos and directly addressing those believed to be responsible for Nancy's disappearance.
Her latest plea came after Emmy winner Allison Janney spoke about the case in the press room following her win, revealing that Nancy and the Guthrie family have remained on her mind.

“I honestly can say I think about her every day and think about the loss and what Savannah and her family are going through. It truly just took over. I don’t think I’m alone too. I think all of America was thinking about her," Janney shared.
Savannah later revealed that Janney's comments had deeply touched her, while using the moment to renew her call for information about her mother's whereabouts.
“I never let a moment pass, if I get one, to talk about my mom and how much we miss her and love her, my whole family, my sister, and my brother, and I and all of our extended families, we’re in such pain. We need help. So thank you, Allison Janney, for remembering us and for giving an opportunity for me to renew that call," she said.
"We just want our mom home, give her a proper goodbye. That’s all," Savannah added.
In a previous clip, the "Today" anchor targeted her message to anyone who might have information about Nancy's whereabouts, begging them to help end "the nightmare" that her family has been going through.
"I’m coming on today with a very specific message," she began. "It has been months since our mom was taken from us. Our family is in agony. We are in a nightmare that will not end.
"Nothing about our situation has changed. We have done our part, and we will never stop looking for her. We will always ache for her and feel that hole in our hearts."
Savannah, who has two siblings, Annie and Cameron, appeared to allude to several ransom notes that were issued in the wake of her mother's disappearance—in which the sender claimed to have knowledge of Nancy's location, while asking for money in return for those details.

"So I am asking you — begging you — to do the right thing now. Make the right choice. Help us find her. Tell us where to look for her. I truly believe it is never too late to do the right thing. Help us bring this situation to an end.
"For all of us, no matter where we’ve been and what we’ve done, I believe there is always a way home. Please make the right choice."

It comes just over one month after Savannah last addressed her mother's disappearance publicly—opening up during a live "Today" show broadcast about reports that had surfaced about the ransom notes sent after Nancy vanished.
Two ransom notes were sent to various news outlets in the days after Nancy vanished from her Arizona home in the early hours of Feb. 1—however, the full contents of the second note had not previously been made public.
According to CNN, one of the outlets that received the notes, law enforcement requested that publications refrain from reporting the information in order to give authorities time to authenticate the communications.
Investigators now believe that the notes were legitimate and were sent by those responsible for Nancy's disappearance. The latest note is understood to have contained no apology or request for payment.
Addressing the latest update on the June 23 episode of "Today," Savannah made clear that she was not actively involved in NBC's coverage of her own mother's disappearance, but noted that she could simply ignore the news while she was on the air—admitting that her family had been left in "agony" while waiting to find out what happened to Nancy.
“I love you guys, and I love this place. This is unusual and unprecedented to say the least, to be sitting here. I don’t have any comment on this story, and I’m not involved in our coverage, but I can’t pretend I’m not here," she said.

And we are in agony. We cannot be at peace," she added.
The "Today" host went on to call attention to the $1 million reward she and her family are offering to anyone who can provide information that leads to the location of her mother or the arrest of those involved in her disappearance—insisting that it is still available.
"And so please if you’re watching, no matter how small, the reward is there," she continued. "You can tell us, it can be anonymous. Please do the right thing for us, for our family, for our children. We love our mom, and we’ll never stop looking for her, ever."
What is the full timeline of Nancy Guthrie's disappearance?
Nanos noted during a media briefing on Feb. 5 that, while times are approximate, his team has pieced together several pieces of evidence that indicate Nancy's movements—and the timeline of her apparent abduction.
Nancy was reported missing at around 12 p.m. local time on Feb. 1, around 14 hours after she was dropped off at the property following a family dinner. When she failed to turn up at her usual church gathering on Sunday, her friends alerted her family, who found her home was empty.
SATURDAY, JAN. 31
5:32 p.m. Nancy travels to Annie's house in an Uber for "dinner and playing games with the family."
9:48 p.m. A garage door at Nancy's house opens when she was dropped off at the property by her daughter.
9:50 p.m. The garage door closes, indicating that Nancy was inside the home.
SUNDAY, FEB. 1
1:47 a.m. Nancy's doorbell security camera is disconnected.
2:12 a.m. Movement is detected on a security camera at the home. No footage of this is currently available.
2:28 a.m. Nancy's pacemaker app indicates that the device has been disconnected from her phone.
11:00 a.m. Nancy fails to arrive at the home of a friend, where she had been due to watch a church service livestream.
