Bloomberg News State Department reporter Eric Martin joins Bloomberg This Weekend and says Secretary of State Marco Rubio has embraced an unusually broad portfolio in the Trump administration, simultaneously serving as national security adviser while taking leading roles on Venezuela, Cuba and other foreign-policy priorities.
