Later, Weber went on to work as Tim Burton’s first studio editor for “Pee Wee’s Big Adventure,” and the second unit director for “Batman Returns.”
Weber also worked on “Gigli,” the 2003 film known for sparking what would become one of the most iconic celebrity couples in pop culture: Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez. Additional titles include “Beverly Hills Cop,” “Days of Thunder,” “Nacho Libre,” “The Warriors,” and “The Predator.”
He has been nominated twice for the Academy Award for Best Film Editing, first for "Top Gun" and again for "The Thin Red Line."
