The former Beverly Hills home of late actress Diane Keaton has come under offer, nearly a year after it was put on the market for $25 million.
The expansive dwelling was first listed in October 2025, less than two weeks after the "Something's Gotta Give" star died from bacterial pneumonia at the age of 79.
Keaton lived in—and beautifully renovated—the home from 2007 to 2010, with most of the bold design choices she made still present.
Since it was first listed, the property has repeatedly bounced on and off the market with several price cuts. It was most recently relisted at $19.5 million in May, and another reduction in July dropped the asking price to $18.5 million.
It seems that final price cut may have done the trick, with the listing now updated to reflect that the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom abode has come under contingent offer, although specific details of that offer are not yet known.

On Aug. 18, the iconic Los Angeles pad that served as the actress’ final home was sold for $18 million. It was adoringly known as “The House That Pinterest Built,” with the renovation process documented in Keaton’s 2017 book of the same name.
Keaton purchased the Sullivan Canyon spot for $4.7 million in 2011, taking years to build it into her dream residence. She made the decision to list it in March 2025, months before she died at the age of 79.
“Much like the celebrated homes she restored throughout her life, this residence balances history, craftsmanship, and modern comfort in a way that only Diane Keaton could envision,” the listing read while the home was on the market.
