(Realtor.com) Billy Dolan of Carolwood Estates holds the listing for the property, which pairs an elaborate, old-school Hollywood aesthetic with an extensive collection of modern luxuries.
The residence was designed by architect Kevin Clark and completed in 2011 after a lengthy construction process that spanned seven years.
Rather than consisting of just one residence, the property was designed as a full-scale compound. In addition to the main house, there is a separate guesthouse and dedicated accommodations for staff, providing plenty of space for visitors and those working on the estate.
The main residence makes a dramatic first impression with its Mediterranean-inspired architecture and grand proportions.
Inside, the scale of the home is evident throughout its formal living and entertaining areas, where high ceilings, large windows, and ornate architectural details create an elegant atmosphere.
Multiple fireplaces serve as focal points within the living spaces, while French doors and windows help connect the interiors to the expansive grounds surrounding the home.
The kitchen is equally suited to the scale of the property and comes equipped with high-end appliances from Wolf and Miele.
There is also a butler's pantry for additional storage and preparation space, while an informal dining area provides a more relaxed alternative to the home's formal entertaining spaces.
From there, doors lead outside to a patio surrounded by fountains, allowing the indoor living areas to flow directly into the grounds.
Another standout feature is the home's wine cellar, which is accessed by a staircase featuring herringbone-patterned brickwork.

(Realtor.com) Upstairs, the primary suite provides its owners with significantly more than just a bedroom. The expansive private retreat includes its own sitting area, as well as separate bathrooms and generously sized wardrobe spaces.
However, some of the estate's most impressive amenities can be found outside. The sprawling grounds have been extensively landscaped, creating a private setting around the residence while also taking advantage of the property's views over the surrounding area.
A large swimming pool serves as the centerpiece of the outdoor entertaining space, with the elevated setting providing views of the city skyline and nearby mountains. Sports enthusiasts have their own dedicated amenity in the form of a clay tennis court, which is accompanied by an entertainment pavilion.
The property also offers a four-car garage, while a large motor court provides even more room for vehicles and guests arriving at the estate.
Altogether, the combination of the main residence, guest accommodations and extensive outdoor amenities transforms the property into a private resort-like compound tucked into one of Los Angeles' most exclusive residential areas.
The home's staggering $67.5 million price tag works out to approximately $4,198 per square foot, according to the listing.
Should the couple manage to secure a buyer at or near their full asking price, the sale would mark an enormous increase from the $29.8 million they shelled out for the property in 2010.
The difference between those two figures is a hefty $37.7 million, although that does not account for the money spent completing the residence, subsequent improvements, carrying costs, or selling expenses.
For its next owner, however, the home comes with a sizable slice of Beverly Hills luxury: nearly 3 acres of land, more than 16,000 square feet of living space, accommodations for guests and staff, a swimming pool, wine cellar, and private tennis court—all wrapped up in an elaborate Mediterranean Revival estate.

(Realtor.com) The couple boast an expansive property portfolio that includes several more California dwellings, including the Calabasas mansion they snapped up in 2011 for $6.6 million and another Beverly Hills abode that was bought for $10 million in 2020 and is understood to be used primarily by their son Jordan McGraw and his wife, Morgan Stewart.
Beyond California, Dr. Phil boasts a very impressive mansion in Dallas, which he bought in 2020 after it had been listed for just under $12 million.
The TV host's property portfolio and net worth have come under intense scrutiny in recent months after he made an attempt to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy for his media startup, Merit Street Media, in 2025. His request was later denied by a judge.
Dr. Phil, whose full name is Phillip Calvin McGraw, filed for Chapter 11 for Merit Street in July of that year, a move that would have enabled him to engineer a path forward for the company.
However, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Scott Everett turned down that request—accusing the longtime TV personality of failing to reveal the full truth about his company's finances and how they ended up in such a dire state.
In his ruling, Everett accused Dr. Phil of displaying a lack of "candor" throughout proceedings, adding that "there [was] no hope for rehabilitation" for the TV host's company. He noted that he believed Merit Street was already "dead as a doornail when the bankruptcy was filed," according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Everett ordered that the case be moved to a Chapter 7 liquidation, which saw a trustee placed in control of the sale of Merit Street's assets, which will be used to pay off companies and creditors that are owed money.
