Donald Trump Jr. has bought his former fiancèe, Kimberly Guilfoyle, out of their shared Florida mansion, paying his ex $7.6 million for her portion of the sprawling waterfront property.
Trump, 48, and Guilfoyle, 57, purchased the Jupiter, FL, manse for $9.7 million in March 2021—just a few months after they got engaged.
However, in late 2024, the former couple quietly called off their engagement amid reports that Trump was in a new relationship with socialite Bettina Anderson, whom he wed in a private ceremony in the Bahamas in May of this year.
Following Trump and Guilfoyle's split, questions were quickly raised about what they planned to do with their shared home, with some sources suggesting in February that they were "quietly shopping" the property around, with a tentative asking price of $30 million, according to the New York Post.
But it seems Trump is not quite ready to let go of the opulent abode—so much so that he has forked over close to $8 million in order to buy his former fiancée's share of the property.

Trump, 48, and Guilfoyle, 57, purchased the Jupiter, FL, manse for $9.7 million in March 2021—just a few months after they got engaged. (Google Earth) A deed filed in Palm Beach County on Aug. 3, which was obtained by the Palm Beach Post, shows that the deal between the exes closed on July 25, making Trump the sole owner of the six-bedroom dwelling, which is located in the exclusive Admiral's Cove community.
The price paid by Trump is just under half of the $16.7 million that Realtor.com® estimates the property is currently worth.
According to the Daily Mail, additional paperwork was filed on July 31 in which the mortgage for the property was also transferred into Trump's name, with close to $5 million remaining on the loan.
"Donald J Trump Jr. to assume liability for, and continue to repay in full, all outstanding principal and accrued unpaid interest," the document reads. "As of this date, the aggregate principal balance of mortgage is $4,800,000."
The document was then signed by Guilfoyle, who added a stamp from the U.S. embassy, while listing her American address as a residence in Delray Beach, FL.
It's unclear whether the businessman—who is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of his father, President Donald Trump's company—plans to use the property as his primary residence, or whether he and Anderson will base themselves in Palm Beach, where the socialite owns her own home, then use the Jupiter mansion as a weekend retreat.
Located in the upscale neighborhood of Admirals Cove, the home boasts proximity to a golf course and a marina—while also offering its own very impressive list of amenities, including a private elevator, a spacious pool and outdoor entertaining area, an enormous waterfront lawn, and a private dock.
It spans more than 11,200 square feet and sits on a 1.2-acre plot on a plum corner parcel overlooking the Lake Worth Creek, which provides direct access to the ocean by boat.
The property is also a 30-minute drive from the Mar-a-Lago resort, which became Trump's permanent residence after he left the White House following the 2020 election, which he lost to Joe Biden.
The lavish mansion is also just a stone's throw from the property, where his ex-wife, Vanessa Trump, currently lives with their five children: Kai, 19, Donald III, 17, Tristan, 14, Spencer, 13, and Chloe, 12.
Trump and Guilfoyle were among several members of the president's family who decamped to the Sunshine State after his 2020 election loss, with Eric and Lara also snapping up a home in Jupiter, while Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, opted to build a custom megamansion on Miami's famed Indian Creek Island.

Guilfoyle, who was appointed to the role by her former future father-in-law, President Donald Trump, just a few days after it was revealed she had split from his son, touched down in Athens at the start of November, having spent some time in Washington, DC, getting a handle on her new position.
Her job kicked off in earnest on Nov. 4, when she appeared at the official Ceremony of the Presentation of Credentials at the Presidential Palace in Athens, where she met with Greek President Konstantinos Tasoulas.
While she holds the position, Guilfoyle will reside in the official ambassadorial residence in Athens, a property that is more commonly known as Jefferson House.
The property is designed to serve both as a private dwelling and as an event space, where Guilfoyle will be able to host official functions. It includes several formal reception rooms, dining areas, and meeting spaces, all of which have been designed to blend Greek and American traditions.
Neither Trump nor Guilfoyle have publicly commented on the newly-signed agreement over the property's transfer—however the former is currently busy enjoying a vacation in the Bahamas with his new wife and several of his children.
Images posted on Anderson's Instagram show the newlywed couple soaking up the sun during an event she called "Crush Fest," which is taking place at Little Pipe Cay, the site of their recent wedding.
Among the images shared was a photo of the couple posing with a group of people on a boat while sporting matching "Crush Fest" shirts, as well as a snap of Trump and Anderson sharing a kiss during a ride on the water.
"Great crew, Great crush and magical memories!! Nothing beats fresh lobster, salty skin, sun kissed cheeks, time with family, and friends who are family," she wrote alongside a carousel of images from the trip.
"These are the kind of days you wish you could bottle up forever. Already counting down to the next one."
