"Jurassic World" star Chris Pratt and his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, have returned their troubled Los Angeles mansion to the market for $19.99 million—marking the fifth time in three years that the custom property has been listed.
Pratt, 47, and Schwarzenegger, 36, initially listed the sprawling Pacific Palisades mansion for $32 million in July 2023, but were unable to immediately find a buyer, prompting them to reduce their ask to $29.99 million in October of that same year.
The couple removed the home from the market just a few days after that first price cut, before reappearing several weeks later, this time with the original asking price of $32 million. Once again, it was taken down after a matter of days.
In June 2024, it popped back onto the market with a reduced asking price of $24.5 million, before being delisted in October of that year, when a source told Realtor.com® that they had decided to hold off on selling the property until after Schwarzenegger gave birth to their third child, Ford, who was born in November 2024.
"Katherine is about to have another baby, and they're going to move once she has the baby," the source explained. "They're staging the house now and are going to relist it in January or early February."
But it was not until August 2025 that the property made its fourth appearance on the market, this time with a $19.99 million ask—several weeks after reports had emerged that Pratt and Schwarzenegger were renting a property in Montecito from fellow A-lister Katy Perry and her then-fiancé, Orlando Bloom.
The six-bedroom abode was taken off the market for the fourth time in March of this year—however it has now returned with the same asking price of $19.99 million, listed with the same agent, Shana Tavangarian of Carolwood Estates.

It has been a very long road for Pratt and Schwarzenegger, who purchased the Pacific Palisades parcel in 2018 for $15.6 million—then proceeded to raze the existing home to the ground in order to make way for the custom megamansion that stands there today.
The latest listing notes that "no expense [was] spared" on the design and build of the expansive 13,000-square-foot property, which took around three years to complete.
The resulting abode offers six bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, and is described as a "one-of-a-kind architectural masterpiece."

There are multiple outdoor entertaining areas, including a large balcony that runs across the back of the home. While it was initially understood that the property had been intended to serve as the couple's permanent family home, they ended up purchasing another mansion for $12.5 million in 2023, this time opting for a parcel that is just a stone's throw from the Brentwood house of Schwarzenegger's mother, Maria Shriver.
Again, they demolished the dwelling that stood on that parcel in order to begin construction on another custom manse, which they broke ground on in 2024.
Their latest construction project has already sparked furious controversy, however, after it was revealed that Pratt and Schwarzenegger had demolished a midcentury modern property designed by acclaimed architect Craig Ellwood in order to make way for their new custom dwelling.
Design fans were upset by the couple's decision to tear down the original structure, known as the Zimmerman House, which dated to the 1950s and was considered a design gem.
“Unbelievable the notoriously onerous City of L.A. doesn’t allow anyone to do anything that makes actual sense–allowed this midcentury modern house to be TORN DOWN,” real estate agent Julie Chang wrote on X at the time.
“At the same time as architectural homes are being marketed as high-end, collectible art, others are being torn down to build new,” midcentury modern architecture expert Adriene Biondo said.
“Perhaps a historic-cultural monument designation could have saved the Zimmerman House, or allowed the necessary time to delay demolition. Tragically, calls for preservation fell on deaf ears.”

Reports first emerged in June 2025 that Pratt and Schwarzenegger were renting the home from Bloom and Perry. (Instagram / Katherine Schwarzenegger) Work on that property is still understood to be ongoing—and it appears that, while they wait for their latest home to be completed, Pratt and Schwarzenegger are continuing to reside in the Montecito property once owned by Perry and Bloom.
Images posted by the couple as late as July 28 show them inside the space, including one snap shared to Instagram by Schwarzenegger in which they pose in the property's kitchen, while showcasing some homemade naan bread.
Another photo posted by Pratt on July 25 features his wife standing in the entryway of the property, with the same kitchen space seen in the background—clearly identifiable by the exposed beams, vaulted ceiling, and unique wooden shelving on the walls.
However, other properties are seen in the couple's social media posts, although it's unclear whether these belong to Pratt and Schwarzenegger or are instead the homes of their friends and loved ones.
The couple's stay in Perry and Bloom's home has not been without its controversies, however, particularly after the popstar became engaged in a bitter legal battle with the property's former owner, Carl Westcott, when he attempted to U-turn on the sale of the mansion.
It was initially reported that Perry had struck a deal to buy Westcott's home for $15 million in 2020—only for the entrepreneur to back out just days later, claiming he had been under the influence of painkillers when he agreed to the sale.
However, Perry's representatives argued that Westcott, a business mogul who founded 1-800-Flowers, had been of sound mind when he agreed to the deal and that he wanted to back out only because he hadn't been able to find an alternative Montecito property to his liking or budget.
The case eventually went to court, where Perry confirmed that she was not actually the rightful owner of the home—which had, in fact, been purchased by Bloom via an LLC named for their daughter, Daisy Dove.
According to several reports, Westcott's lawyers had attempted to force both Schwarzenegger and Pratty to testify in the trial, however the A-list couple were never made to appear in court.
That five-year lawsuit finally came to an end in January, when a judge ruled that Westcott owed Perry $1.8 million in lost rental income.
