Bilt Partners With Equinox To Expand Neighborhood Concierge Perks

Bilt is releasing a new Neighborhood Concierge perk to its service: integration with your Equinox wellness membership.

Bilt is expanding its residential rewards platform through a new partnership with Equinox, allowing members to book fitness amenities, redeem rewards for club credits, and access targeted perks directly through its Neighborhood Concierge service.

Under the partnership, joint Bilt and Equinox members can convert Bilt Cash into credits for Equinox spa treatments, Studio Pilates, and personal training. Bilt’s Neighborhood Concierge platform will now integrate directly with Equinox, enabling users to browse class schedules, view club amenities, and schedule appointments within the Bilt app.

"The home is the center of how people live and some of the best neighborhoods have always had an Equinox at the heart of them,” said Ankur Jain, founder and CEO of Bilt, in the announcement press release.

“This partnership is about making world-class wellness a natural part of the connected neighborhood life Bilt is building. Now with Equinox, our members have seamless access to premium fitness and wellness experiences right where they live."

To promote the launch, Bilt is offering members who sign up for Equinox through its platform a choice of a complimentary personal training session or 50-minute spa service at Equinox, or 10,000 Bilt Points as a welcome offer. The company has also introduced a daily club check-in feature that enters members into a monthly drawing for a covered month of rent and Equinox membership dues.

Expanding beyond basic concierge features

The Equinox integration marks the latest fitness partnership built into Bilt’s Neighborhood Concierge, a service introduced following Bilt's partnerships with Venmo and UWM to capture mortgage and rent reward payments.

According to Bilt, Neighborhood Concierge covers both home management and everyday tasks. Members can use it to pay rent or mortgage, submit maintenance requests, or book building amenities at participating Bilt properties. It can also make restaurant reservations, schedule rides, book fitness classes, and arrange grocery delivery.

Unlike a standard AI assistant, says Bilt, the concierge is built to complete tasks rather than just suggest them. Because it's connected to local merchants and a member's Bilt account, it can apply rewards and member benefits automatically without requiring action by the user.

Members can also use it to book travel, applying Bilt Points toward flights and hotels. Bilt says additional capabilities are planned in the coming months, including home repair, food delivery, and prescription transfers.

The service is also designed to become more personalized over time, learning member preferences the more it's used.

The move comes as tech firms push deeper into personal management automation, with competitors like Amazon deploying tools like Alexa+ to handle complex household tasks.

Bilt is betting its differentiation on direct integration with hyper-local neighborhood businesses and real estate platforms.
